  The first recording of a "Moan Howl" known to have been captured, in 1994, by Matt Moneymaker of the BFRO. This comes from Columbiana County Ohio, near Wellsville on the Ohio River. The original clip may be found at: http://www.bfro.net/avevid/SierraSoun...

Interesting points to note in this video spectrogram are the "attenuated fundamental", a feature of sasquatch vocals first brought to my attention by Bob Densford, and the possible response vocal from what may be a second sasquatch.

Greg Wood has been getting a lot attention from the Bigfoot community about the "Bigfoot" photograph he published on his blog, Way Off The Trail. The photograph was taken near the Cheney Resevoir, and was confirmed by the group, Facebook Find Bigfoot to be authentic, Wood got the attention of Animal Planet's Finding Bigfoot who had planned to send Matt Moneymaker and his crew to investigate. Facebook Find Bigfoot wrote this about the photograph:



It appears this photo, which was reproduced on this blog as well as in many other places, turns out only to be a stump and a permanent feature at the locationion of another Bigfoot photo recently touted at Bigfoot Evidence also turning out to be a stump. A little disappointing but best to clear the field to give more attention to potentially more valuable evidence.-DD.

Most Bigfoot photos we receive in our email are really, really bad. How bad? The-Virgin-Mary-on-french toast bad. Out of the hundreds of photos people send us, there are some that stand out. Take a look at this brand new photo sent to us from Jamie T. from Clinton Township, PA. Although its super blurry, it doesn't look like a bear or an elk.

Well yes, I would guess if you could identify the ordinary human tracks in the trackway as a specific individual, that individual would be implicated in the hoax. I had thought of that part earlier. Moneymaker does not say that but I have a shrewd suspicion that is what happened.

 

Incidentally I have modified the message by putting "god of Bigfoot" in quotes.
