Also while the persons that made the poll assumed only one kind of Bigfoot, which they say is from 8 to 10 feet tall (males), their data says something different. The first thing is that the size of the Eastern Bigfoots as reported is something like a quarter less on average, statistically speaking. The second is that the West Coast populations (Sasquatch Proper) are seen much more often but at a inflated rater that is consistent over each of the West-Coast states. The rest of the country has just about an even coverage at about half the rate of the West Coat states when reports are regularly collected and tabulated. There is probably more forest cover for Sasquatch in the West, but they aree also bigger and more obvious, and perhaps also somewhat less intelligent. The Bigfoot in the East are nomadic but keep hidden better and are actually sighted less often in more heavily populated states. They are presumably more easily concealed, better at concealing themselves, and possibly even somewhat craftier. All of these things go together with the general run of descriptions, which tend to be describing something more apelike with a smaller cranial capacity on the West Coast, and something else again with a more human-like overall appearance and a larger canial capacity in the Eastern parts of the country, especially East of The Great Divide. And the tracks also tend to confirm these categories as well, because the Eastern type has a more human-looking track than the West Coast variety does.
Best Wishes, Dale D.
